Before Your Trip:

Hotel Information
- Security deposit: $200 per unit cash/credit refundable deposit due at check-in and returned at check-out.
- Room Check: Once you check-in you need to go through your room to note and REPORT any damages, this will avoid any confusion with any pre-existing damages when you check out.
- Check-In: Units/rooms will be ready around 4:00pm Central Time.
- Check-Out: 11:00am Central.
- Arrival/Orientation: Orientation is held every Sunday at Harpoon Harry’s (12627 Front Beach Rd) from 12:00 PM-7:00 PM CST.
*This will be where you and your group come first before heading to your property to meet with the StudentEscape staff to pick up wristbands and package inclusions. You won’t be allowed to check in until you have checked in with StudentEscape staff. If you arrive after hours, don’t worry the front desk staff will instruct you on where to go to check-in.
Resort Information:
- Free parking at the resort (1-2 vehicles per unit)
- Free Breakfast for StudentEscape travelers from 7:00am-10:00am Central Time
- Free Wifi for all StudentEscape travelers
