Travel Specialist

Our Travel Specialists focus on creating an elevated experience for college Spring Break. You will be the voice of StudentEscape by handling all sales and traveler communication.
Duties:
- Qualify and convert leads in an effort to achieve and exceed revenue and sales goals
- Meet quotas for daily outbound sales calls
- Manage all inbound phone traffic for both sales and customer service
- Prepare travelers for departure and follow up on return to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention
- Attend industry conferences as needed to assist in presentations and/or booth operations
- Various tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality and competitive edge
- Demonstrated experience with sales, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to connect and relate to the college market
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Problem resolution experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM functionality
- Willingness to travel as needed a plus

On-Site Staff
VARIOUS DESTINATIONS
Our On-Site Staff is the face of StudentEscape. You are the first person our travelers meet after almost a year of planning their trip of a lifetime. It is your job to execute the ideal Spring Break experience.
Duties:
- Greet all StudentEscape travelers and conduct a welcome orientation
- Keep all travelers informed on daily events and trip information
- Provide superior customer service to all travelers
- Assist with execution of daily events
- Represent StudentEscape 24/7
- Smile all the time
Qualifications:
- Available for a minimum of 3 weeks during March
- Outgoing and hard working
- Natural leader who can command a crowd
- Professional yet fun demeanor
- Desire for growth
- Ready for anything attitude
Other things to note:
- Flight and hotel will be covered by StudentEscape
- Performance based weekly stipend
